Booking
How do I book a court?+
Browse courts at /courts, choose your sport and area, select an available time slot, and complete checkout. You'll receive an instant confirmation email.
Can I book a court for the same day?+
Yes, you can book same-day as long as there are available slots. The cutoff for same-day bookings is 30 minutes before the slot starts.
What payment methods are accepted?+
We accept Visa and Mastercard for online payments. You can also choose 'Pay Cash on Arrival' — the venue will confirm your booking within an hour.
How do I cancel a booking?+
Go to My Profile → Bookings and click 'Cancel' on your upcoming booking. Cancellations made 3+ hours before the slot receive a full refund. Within 3 hours, no refund is issued.
Coaches
How are coaches verified?+
All coaches submit their qualifications, certifications, and ID for manual review by our team. Only verified coaches appear on the platform.
Can I request a specific coach for a session?+
Yes — browse coaches, choose your preferred coach, and book a session directly from their profile. You can also message coaches before booking.
Marketplace
How do I list equipment for sale?+
After verifying your identity, go to Marketplace → Create Listing. Upload photos, set your price, and your listing will be live within 24 hours.
Is buying/selling equipment safe?+
We require ID verification for all sellers. Payments for equipment are handled peer-to-peer — we recommend meeting in public places and inspecting items before paying.
Providers
How much does it cost to list on SportSpace?+
The first 6 months are completely free for all providers. After that, an annual subscription fee applies — payable in January/February each year.
How does the commission work?+
For card payments processed through SportSpace, a commission is automatically deducted before transfer to your account. For cash payments, commission is collected at month-end.
How long does provider verification take?+
Typically 2–3 business days. We'll email you when your listing is live.
Account
Can I have both a user and provider account?+
Yes — after creating a user account, you can also register a provider profile. Both operate under the same login.
What is the loyalty points system?+
You earn 50 points per booking, 25 points for writing a review, and bonus points for referrals and milestones. 100 points = 1 JOD, redeemable at checkout.
