Welcome to SportSpace Jordan. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using SportSpace, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old (or have parental consent) and agree to these terms. If you are a service provider, additional terms apply to your provider agreement.
2. Bookings and Cancellations
All bookings made through SportSpace are subject to the cancellation policy of the individual provider. Our platform-wide policy provides a full refund for cancellations made 3 or more hours before the scheduled booking time. Cancellations made within 3 hours are non-refundable unless the provider offers an exception.
3. Payments
SportSpace processes card payments securely through our payment provider. By completing a payment, you authorize the charge to your chosen payment method. Cash-on-arrival bookings are subject to provider confirmation. Dispute resolution for payments follows our refund policy outlined in Section 2.
4. Provider Responsibilities
Service providers listed on SportSpace are independent third parties. SportSpace facilitates the connection between users and providers but does not directly operate venues, gyms, or coaching services. Providers are responsible for maintaining accurate listings, honoring bookings, and complying with all applicable laws.
5. Marketplace
The SportSpace marketplace is a peer-to-peer platform for buying, selling, and renting sports equipment. SportSpace is not a party to any transaction between marketplace users and accepts no liability for items bought, sold, or rented through the marketplace.
6. User Content
By posting reviews, photos, or other content on SportSpace, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content on our platform. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
7. Privacy
Your use of SportSpace is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
